Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, contact us as quickly as possible with your order number. We can usually cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched.

Once dispatched

After a parcel has left our facility it cannot be recalled. At that point please refer to our Return Policy for the options available to you.

Orders we cancel

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, the delivery address is incomplete or undeliverable, or the payment is flagged by our provider. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded to the original payment method.

How to request a cancellation

Email admin@luxephonescase.com with your order number and the reason. We will confirm by email whether the cancellation was possible.
