How payment works

When you place an order you will be taken to a secure payment page to complete your card payment. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

Accepted methods

We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure payment provider. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply a conversion rate and a foreign transaction fee.

Order confirmation

You will receive an email confirming your order, and a second email confirming payment. If you do not receive these, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Pricing

Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes and duties, where applicable, are your responsibility on import.

Security

Payments are processed over an encrypted connection. If a payment is declined, contact your bank first, then us if the problem continues.
