How do I know which case fits my phone?
Each product page lists the models it fits. Cases are moulded per generation, so an iPhone 15 Pro Max case will not sit correctly on a 16 Pro Max. If you are unsure, email us your exact model and we will confirm before you order.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel has not been dispatched we can usually amend the address or the model.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are listed on our Shipping page. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Orders are shipped with tracking to most countries.

Are these official branded products?
No. Our cases are designer-inspired pieces made by us. They are not authenticated products from any fashion house and we are not affiliated with any brand.
